Located in Sonoma County, California, Quality of Action provides management consulting and capacity building services that enable organizations to operate more effectively and enhance their ability to meet the needs of their constituencies.

Principal Anita Templer has more than 25 years experience in a leadership role, with a broad array of expertise in turnarounds, organizational capacity building, mergers, fiscal management, team building, external affairs, and marketing communications.   As an executive, a coach, and a consultant, she has worked with local grass-roots nonprofits and national organizations, bringing an energetic and entrepreneurial perspective to a guided process designed to create immediate and sustainable impact.
