Based in Santa Clara County, California, Quality of Action provides management consulting and capacity building services that enable organizations to operate more effectively and enhance their ability to meet the needs of their constituencies.

Principals Anita Templer and Susanne Mulcahy each have more than 25 years experience in leadership roles, with a broad array of expertise in organizational capacity building, team building, coaching and mentoring, mergers, resource development, external affairs, and marketing communications.   As executives, coaches, and consultants, they have worked with local grass-roots nonprofits and national organizations, bringing an energetic and entrepreneurial perspective to a guided process designed to create immediate and sustainable impact.
