Bridge Management

The primary role of an interim executive director is to steward an organization during the difficult transitional period following departure of the incumbent executive and the hiring of a new leader.  Since we are not candidates for the full-time position, we are able to provide a non-competitive, caring and calming presence for the staff and the board, and can help to implement changes that will prepare the way for new leadership.
